Dockets on Westlaw is an online resource that delivers fast, reliable access to electronic court docket materials from your desktop. Because they're on Westlaw, with one search you can see the dockets as well as the underlying documents filed in the case.
Westlaw CourtExpress is a consilidated online resource for docket research and document retrieval – with related Westlaw content and functionality, as well as enhanced search tools, and a Docket Alerts & Tracks management tab. Same Westlaw password, same dockets, focused technology.

- Gain clients. Use Docket Alerts to be automatically alerted via email of new cases being filed that fit your practice and jurisdictions – early notification gives you a better shot at representing one of the parties.
