Intuitive Estate Planner Version 12.1: (1) Corrected the inadvertent application of I.R.C. § 2011(e) (limiting the state estate tax credit to the federal estate tax less the unified credit) to computation of state death taxes for the year 2005 and after for the 'Client and Spouse' configuration; (2) Corrected calculation of the QPRT present value to grantor(s) factor when calculation of reversion to grantor's estate is not selected.
