ENFLEX EH&S Databases and Services
ENFLEX Federal and State Regulations is a database containing the full text of the EH&S and hazardous materials transportation regulations for federal, all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Updated monthly, subscribers may license any combination of jurisdictions and will have access to the highest-quality database of its kind. RegChange, ENFLEX's exclusive updates feature, allows you to see, word-for-word, all text which has been added or deleted within the full text of the regulations.
ENFLEX Federal and State Statutes is a database containing the full text of EH&S and hazardous materials transportation statutes for federal, all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Your access to available ENFLEX Federal and State Statutes jurisdictions matches the jurisdictions you have licensed in the ENFLEX Federal and State Regulations database.
ENFLEX Agency Guidance and Analysis is a database containing various types of environmental, health and safety publications and related information. Updated monthly, ENFLEX Agency Guidance and Analysis contains the full text of documents published by the following agencies:

ENFLEX Federal Register is a database containing full text of the cumulative EH&S portion of the Federal Register, as well as archival environmental and health and safety documents from January 1993 forward. The ENFLEX Federal Register database is updated monthly.
ENFLEX Federal and State Forms is a database which contains interactive replicas of forms from federal and state agencies. ENFLEX Federal and State Forms enables you to easily locate the federal and state agency forms which are fundamental to your environmental, health and safety compliance requirements. This database allows you to conveniently and efficiently complete or revise the content of the forms to suit your specific needs.
ENFLEX International Laws and Regulations is a collection of databases containing the full text of the translated (if applicable) EH&S laws and regulations for eight countries and the European Union. Updated monthly,

ENFLEX MSDS is an Internet-based product which provides electronic access to nearly 140,000 MSDSs from over 11,000 manufacturers. Updated monthly,
ENFLEX MSDS replaces MSDS manuals for employee right-to-know and eliminates tedious tracking, filing and version control issues. You may search the
ENFLEX MSDS database by:
- Substance name
- Manufacturer's name

ENFLEX State Registers is a service that enables subscribers to access the actual proposed rules, notices and final rules in the federal and state registers. Updated daily,
ENFLEX State Registers provides several options for your environmental research and regulatory management needs:
- Use the ENFLEX Weekly Update to link to the actual proposed rules, notices and final rules published in the state or federal registers.
- Locate current and archival documents to 1995 by searching the full text and date fields or by browsing the table of contents.
- Set up Alerts and automatically receive e-mail notification when register activity meets your specific criteria.
ENFLEX Weekly Update summarizes the prior week's EH&S regulatory activity in the Federal Register and corresponding publications in all 50 states. It is prepared by regulatory experts and covers final and proposed rules and other key notices. Subscribers may use the ENFLEX Weekly Update to link to the actual proposed rules, notices and final rules in ENFLEX State Registers. The Weekly Update service is provided as an electronic e-mail and on ENFLEX on the Net each Friday. ENFLEX on the Net also provides two months of archival ENFLEX Weekly Updates.
ENFLEX Profile Express is a service which provides media-based and task-based profiles that link you to a list of documents that have changed for the current ENFLEX release. From the results list, subscribers can open either the regular integrated document or the corresponding RegChange document. Using Profile Express, ENFLEX on the Net clients can access regulatory changes in all of their licensed jurisdictions, and ENFLEX for Windows clients can access regulatory changes in the federal regulations. ENFLEX Profile Express is delivered via e-mail to ENFLEX subscribers each month.
ENFLEX Platforms
ENFLEX on the Net is the Internet delivery of ENFLEX EH&S databases and services. All databases on
ENFLEX on the Net are updated monthly, except for the
ENFLEX Weekly Update, which is updated each Friday.
