Austin T. Fragomen Jr. - Featured Author

With more than 35 years' experience in immigration law, including having served as the staff counsel for the Immigration, Citizenship and International Law Subcommittee in the U.S. House of Representatives, Austin T. Fragomen Jr. has been in the forefront of immigration issues. He has also provided testimony to the United States Senate Committee to the Judiciary on the present immigration proposals facing Congress.
Fragomen currently serves as Partner and Chairman of the Board for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, the world's largest firm practicing exclusively in the field of global immigration and nationality law. He has served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Center for Migration Studies; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American Council on International Personnel; Chairman of the Practicing Law Institute's Annual Immigration Institute; and Member, University Council, Case Western Reserve University. He also serves on the Editorial Board of the International Migration Review.
