U.S. Code Congrssional & Administrative News® now available on Westlaw in one database

When you need to read about what's happening in Congress, access the U.S. Code Congressional & Administrative News database (USCCAN). The new database brings together West Group's archives of legislative history and public law materials with new features to deliver the latest on congressional activities. The USCCAN database includes the following materials in an easy-to-use format: 

·         Session highlights, including summaries of major new and pending legislation, interest on Treasury bills, and presidential messages 

·         Recent public laws enacted during the current session as well as historical public laws dating back to 1973 

·         Legislative history, including selected congressional committee and conference reports since 1948, with comprehensive coverage beginning with January 1990 

·         Proclamations since 1984 

·         Executive orders since 1936 and trade agreement letters, reorganization plans and other orders since 1984
